Hand In Hand Community CIC is a grassroots organisation based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.  We work with disadvantaged families in Greater Manchester at risk of having poor outcome in life because of lack of opportunities.  


We focus on developing the ‘whole family’ with emphasis on emotional and mental health to support them to acquire new skills.
